Our postage cut off times are 3.30pm Monday to Friday and 11am on saturdays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
How often should I service my caravan or motorhome?
Leisure vehicles should be serviced on an annual basis – even if a touring caravan or motorhome is used only a couple of times a year. (Lack of use can cause its own problems)
If you intend to tour a great deal, especially in areas where the roads are not well surfaced, then it is worth considering more than one service per year. Poor roads can adversely affect tyres, suspension, bodywork and fittings etc.
What does a service cover and how much does it cost?
All Approved Workshops work to a specific check sheet for both motorhomes and tourers, a copy of these can be downloaded below.

What is an Approved Workshop?
Approved Workshops are run by fully qualified caravan and motorhome servicing professionals. There currently over 550 mobile and fixed base workshops in the scheme spread across the whole of the UK.
Using an Approved Workshop gives you peace of mind that the technician working on your tourer or motorhome is qualified to the required standards. They will normally guarantee all service related repairs for a minimum of six months and take all reasonable steps to protect the validity of any unexpired warranties.
How long does it take to fit a towbar?
For all towbar fittings we allow a full day.
We have loan cars free of charge to use while we are fitting your towbar.
